
Kendra Pate is in her sixth year as a private pitching instructor. A graduate of Humble High School in 1996, She continued her education at Alvin Community College, later transferring to Nicholls State University on an athletic scholarship. After college, she accepted a position at Enron working there for two years until she obtained a real-estate license. She later worked for an upscale real estate brokerage selling luxury hi-rise condominiums. Throughout her young career, she her passion for developing young pitchers has only grown stronger.
For the past year Kendra has been working as a full time instructor and concentrates her efforts in several facets of girl's fast pitch softball in the Houston area. She is committed to helping young pitchers develop into successful athletes. Her experience, knowledge and ability to relate to the girls, enable her to help each girl achieve their individual, team and developmental goals. In 2006 she joined the Houston Power 16U travel ball team as an assistant coach under her former teammate, Jill Roger. Kendra will complete her degree in Exercise Science at the University of Houston in 2008.
